TMy name is Troy Munhofen and I am the Registrar for NICC. I started with the college in 2007 as a student. I graduated from NICC in 2010 with an Associate of Science in Natural Resources and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration. I am currently taking classes through Bellevue University.
