Las Vegas Trip Raffle winner Paula Arreola

She purchased her tickets at the 35th anniversary celebration pow-wow. She wanted me to tell everyone at NICC that she appreciates the events that NICC is putting on for the people. She mentioned the sobriety new years pow-wow and is really thankful for that event.
